BERSERKER

In the Norse mythology the Berserkers are described as warriors in an obsessive rage, wildly attacking everything around them. We can’t help but wonder if these guys should have enjoyed a calming dram instead? In making our herbal bitter we went a bitt berserk ourselves in a good way, by using 32 different herbs to give a round and soothing character to the drink. Best enjoyed neat, and can also be mixed in cocktails—enjoy Berserker after a good meal having won the day’s battles.
