BRAGESKAL

Brageskål means "cheers to the most generous, followed by a promise of great deeds". When the BrewPub opened for the first time in 2007, it was toasted with hope for many good years as a brewery. As we now celebrate 15 years, I think Brageskål is an appropriate name for our anniversary beer. Naturally, this is a large beer in the style of Scotch Ale, which has matured for a month in Scotch whiskey barrels. This gives the beer a classic and distinctive peat-smoked feel. Cheers to the 15 who have been, and to all the exciting future has to offer!
