This brew is a collaboration with our good friends from the brewery Cane Di Guerra in Italy! Together we’ve created a sour beer that has been aged for 3 months in Barbera red wine barrels from the award-winning winery Tenuta il Falchetto. Notes of vanilla, oak, red wine and fruit define this tart and complex brew, which should be enjoyed in small sips from a big glass around 8?C. Salute!
