JULING

A strong beer needs a strong name, and by calling this beer “Juling” in Norwegian, we’ve made a little play on words. Jul is our word for Christmas, while getting a juling is to get beat up. Now, we aren’t encouraging anyone to go on a pummelling rampage at Christmas, quite the opposite, but the beer is strong. Enough said! This brew is a mouthful, with plenty of body and flavours of malt and oak from barrel-aging, and goes well with traditional holiday foods or aged cheeses. Happy holidays!
