Traditional Norwegian Farmhouse Ale made with 100% Norwegian malt from Bonsak, and kveik yeast from Voss. This brew has the characteristic fruity esters from the yeast, with a light and refreshing acidity. Great by itself, and an ideal pairing with traditional cured meats.
