NORDIC VIBE
We met some nice people from Budapest's Monyo Brewing on one of our trips and quickly found out we have a lot in common when it comes to ideas about beer. Naturally, the idea of making a beer came together. The project was to create a strong and unique brew where we use Nordic ingredients. The result was a Wheat Wine with black currants that was stored in Breckenridge Bourbon oak barrels for several months, and then added a hint of vanilla. The finished beer is as big as it sounds, vinous and sour with hints of whiskey and fruit.
