Deep yellow color with green tones. Dry with great freshness and minerality. Intense scent of green apples and pears with hints of honey and flowers. Rich in flavor with a long, fresh citrus aftertaste. Grapes from selected vineyards in the Mosel valley, fermented in steel tanks. Suitable for fish and shellfish, Asian food and poultry. Also delicious with traditional Norwegian Christmas food such as pork and lamb ribs and cod.
