Deep and clear color with purple tones, scent of fruit, dark berries and spices. Rich with ripe tannins. Handpicked grapes from 25 years + old vines. Aged 10 months in French oak barrels, then 6 months in bottle before release. Goes well with beef, lamb, game and mature cheeses.
