Apples: Summerred, Discovery, Aroma Aroma: Cool aroma with fine notes of dried fruit, good peel notes, aromatic apple character. Taste: Big and full-bodied flavor with refreshing acidity, good dryness long aftertaste. Svans has twice as much apple as a regular cider. This gives more acid, more alcohol and more residual sweetness for balance. Pairing: Meat and fatty fish. Preferably well-seasoned food.
